Brief Description
The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued a notification for the Health Worker (Female) Main Examination. This recruitment drive is for a total of 5161 posts (4892 general selection and 269 special selection) under the Directorate of Family Welfare, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. Only female candidates who have appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2023) and have a valid score are eligible to apply for this main examination. Candidates with a zero or negative score in PET-2023 will not be shortlisted. The selection will be based on a written main examination.

Note: This is an online processing fee. Shortlisted candidates will need to pay a separate Main Exam fee before downloading the admit card.
Payment Mode:
- The fee can be paid online via Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, or through an SBI e-Challan.
Age Limit (as on 01/07/2024)
Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories of Uttar Pradesh as per government rules.

Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Qualification
- Must have a valid Score Card for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2023).
- Must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) examination from a recognized board.
- Must have completed a one and a half year or two-year Auxiliary Nurses and Midwives (ANM) training course.
- Must be registered with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council, Lucknow.
Exam Pattern (Main Written Exam)
Syllabus
- The written exam will have a single paper containing 100 objective-type questions related to the subjects of the ANM training course. The syllabus is detailed in the notification.

- Login using your PET-2023 registration number and authenticate through OTP or Personal Details.
- After login, your personal details will be auto-filled. You must enter your educational qualifications for the post.
- Your photo and signature from PET-2023 will be auto-displayed. Click "Continue".
- Fill in the remaining details, agree to the declaration, and proceed to the payment step.
- Pay the online processing fee of ₹25/- to complete the application process.
- Take a printout of the final submitted application form for your records.
